- 2009 Published first book, “Pocket Pro” edition of “Golf Tips from the Tour”
- 2002 Inducted into the Texas State University-San Marcos Hall of Honor
- 2001 Inducted into the Emporia High School, Emporia, Kansas Hall of Fame
- 1994 PGA Cup Team. Led the team to victory with a 50 foot putt on the last hole of the matches to win the Cup for the United States against the Europeans.
